Position summary:

SFH is searching for a Sales Support Representative who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure
  • Enter customer orders and update existing accounts in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and route to proper sales team member
  • Attend periodic sales training's where applicable

  • Associate degree required
  • 2+ years’ sales support experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
