Red Layer
2 Cups of Strawberries, Pureed
White Layer
3/4 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
3 Scoops SFH Fuel Coconut
Blue Layer
2 Cups of Blueberries, Pureed

MACROS (per popsicle): 6g net carbs, 2g fiber, 1g fat, 6g protein

Directions:
Puree strawberries and scoop into popsicle molds. Blend together the greek yogurt, almond milk and protein, layer on top of strawberry puree in molds. Puree blueberries and add as the final layer into the molds and freeze until solid. Remove popsicle molds (you may need to run them under hot water) and enjoy!
