Protein Cookie Recipe

Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Ingredients:
60 grams SFH vanilla protein powder
¼ cup sugar/sugar substitute
¼ cup brown sugar/sugar substitute
6 tablespoons coconut flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ cup butter, softened
1 egg
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1-ounce unsweetened dark chocolate chips

Preheat your over to 350 degrees.
Mix together dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add in wet ingredients to form a dough.
Add in chocolate chips.
Place on greased cookie sheet in rounded tablespoons.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
