Back for the second time, better than before we are challenging you to use STRONG for 60 days, and show us how STRONG and lean you can get.  

How to Enter SFH Strong Challenge

Share your current body weight & body fat percentage with us, along with your current PR (personal record) in the lift of your choice. We’ll need a photo of your starting body fat percentage to verify, can be anything from a photo of a scale to a print out from a professional test (DXA scan).

Prizes for SFH Strong Challenge

One male and one female winner (based on results) will receive a $300 gift card to SFH.com! There will also be a raffle contestant winner who will receive a $150 gift card to SFH.com, participate in our weekly challenges for extra entries!

Share your current body weight and body fat percentage with us, along with your current PR (personal record) in the lift of your choice. We’ll need a photo of your starting body fat percentage to verify, and that can be anything from a photo of a scale to a print out from a professional test.

You must submit all of that privately here. You can use any method of body fat testing you would like, as long as it can be verified via photos and you are able to repeat the same method of testing at the end of the 60-day challenge.

After you’ve submitted your numbers it’s time to get to work. Spend the rest of the challenge working hard, getting STRONGer, building lean muscle and focusing on your fitness. You can find tips, inspiration, and community support by joining us in our#LIVINSFH Facebook group.

Then, on or before September 30th, retest your body fat, reweigh yourself, and retest your PR - this time with a video. Send us your updated results, again, a picture of your body fat percentage and a video of your lift, and we will do the math to name one male and one female winner. We will be looking for the people who have been able to lose the largest percentage of body fat, while also increasing their PR by the largest amount.


 

HEAR FROM THE 2017 CHALLENGE WINNER, FINLEY!

 “My starting numbers were 18.4% body fat (in the “lean” category for women), and 20kg on the Kettlebell Turkish Getup (my PR lift of choice). I thought my 20kg starting weight was already solid, so I would have been pleased if I could have just bumped up to 24kg. Turns out I jumped up to the 24kg after just two weeks into the challenge, so there was no way in hell I was stopping there. By the end of the 60 days, I dropped to 16% body fat (putting me into the “ultra lean” category) and gained 5lbs of lean muscle mass. 

What I’m most proud of is my finishing Turkish Getup Weight - a whopping 32kg on both sides (a huge increase for that specific lift in that little time). Sure, dedication and consistency were on my side here, but SFH STRONG is undoubtedly what put me there in such a limited time frame.

This supplement is incredible, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking improvements in performance (consider its impact on body composition an added bonus). This stuff works, plain and simple…winning the challenge was just icing on the cake (although it certainly hasn’t helped me in my efforts to calm my overly competitive spirit)!
