Why does pre-workout make me tingly?

PUSH contains beta-alanine, which can cause a tingling or itching sensation in some people. Your body can build a tolerance to beta-alanine over time when pre-workout is taken consistently, which means that the sensation might not be as apparent down the line.

Does PUSH Pre-Workout contain a lot of caffeine?

PUSH contains 115 mg of caffeine, which is the equivalent of about 10 oz of coffee. It’s the perfect amount to get you going, but not too much to make you crash! The rest of the energizing, focus-driving effects of PUSH come from the inclusion of B vitamins.

Meanwhile, some other pre-workouts on the market contain dangerously high amounts of caffeine (we’ve seen some with up to 450 mg of caffeine per serving!).
