SFH RETURN POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from SFH.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued, minus the shipping and handling fees.

RETURNING AN ITEM

In the box of returned item(s), please include your order number, billing name, and address with the return.
All products can be returned used or unused as long as they are in the original packaging.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for your return.

Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

SFH will make every reasonable effort to replace the item(s) in a timely manner.
