Low Carb Chocolate Protein Waffles
Protein-packed waffles perfect for breakfast!
1 scoop SFH PURE Chocolate
3 tbsp oat flour
3 tbsp plant milk
- 1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4-6 tbsp water
Mix the oat flour, protein powder, cocoa, and baking powder in a bowl.
Pour the melted plant milk and crack in the egg and mix everything until well combined.
Heat your waffle iron and pour about 1/3 cup (5 tbsp) of the batter. Cook for 2-3 minutes. (I
cooked mine for 2.5 minutes).
Optional step – to make the waffles crispier, cook them under a hot grill for a few minutes.
Top with your favorite fruit and syrup!
