1 packet sugar free chocolate pudding
8 ounces mascarpone
1 tsp instant espresso
1 scoop SFH PURE Coffee
1 - 1 ½ cup lady fingers, crushed
First, make the dark chocolate pudding and let it set in the fridge.
Next, make the mascarpone filling by mixing together the mascarpone, espresso, and SFH protein. Gently fold it together.
Assemble the parfaits by alternating layers of dark chocolate pudding and mascarpone filling.
