Pumpkin Chocolate Protein Squares
Recipes makes 15 squares with 7.5g protein in each.

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup almond flour
1 cup oat flour
1/3 cup collagen
1 scoop SFH PURE Whey vanilla protein powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup dark chocolate (chips or chopped)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9x12 baking pan with parchment paper.In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, pumpkin puree, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until smooth.In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, oat flour, collagen, protein powder, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing into 15 bars.
