Vanilla Cinnamon Loaf (Plant-Based)
This cinnamon-y delivious loaf can be enjoyed for breakfast, or an afternoon snack. Made with all plant-based and vegan ingredients.
Vanilla Cinnamon Loaf
SFH Plant Protein Recipe
3 tbsp Almond Butter
½ cup Applesauce
⅓ cup Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Coconut Sugar
2 Scoops SFH Plant Protein
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 2/2 tsp Baking Powder
2/3 cup Almond Flour
In a medium bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients together (applesauce, milk, vanilla).
Add the sugar, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, & flour into the bowl. Mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into a 8x5 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
While the loaf cools, mix up the frosting.
Frost your loaf and enjoy!
