Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1⁄2 tbsp cinnamon

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup apple sauce
- 2 scoops of SFH Plant Protein

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup water
Icing
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a baking dish, mix all ingredients and stir until mixture is combined.
- Place in the oven to bake at 350 F. for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and water to create icing.
- Once done baking, let oatmeal cool for a few minutes or until set and serve with icing.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week and enjoy a premade healthy breakfast all week long!
