Nic Lamb
Nic Lamb is a fearless ocean athlete with a passion for charging big waves. At 14 years old, he became the youngest surfer to ever charge Mavericks. The Santa Cruz native has grown up with Mavericks just around the corner, which has given him experience and practice in surfing waves of consequence. He understands the importance of health and proper nutrition to keep him safe and performing at his best. Nic is one of the youngest competitors on the Big Wave Tour working to win titles and break records!

Hayden Steele
Hayden Steele is a strength coach, personal trainer, and Business Partner at Inertia Fitness, a private health club in Oklahoma City. He began his career at Oklahoma State University as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Cowboys Football program and later became the Head Strength Coach at Oklahoma State for Men’s and Women's Tennis.
He is now the dedicated owner of Hayden Steele Performance™, SteeleFit™. After over a decade of training experience, he developed the Steele Training System™. He has worked with models, fitness competitors, five first-round NFL draft picks, and over twenty professional athletes. He gets the most joy and satisfaction helping people become healthy, strong, and fit.

Rob Darden
Rob Darden bucks the trick-heavy trends of high-level Park competition, combining killer style, solid confidence and a conscientious use of the entire course to consistently finish high in the rankings. The Park bronze medalist from XG 2008 qualified for the Final in 2010 but had to forfeit his position when his knee popped out in practice. He underwent double knee reconstruction surgery late in 2010 and has worked through a long recovery to make it back to XG in 2011, hopefully for a return to the podium.

Liefia Ingalls
Liefia is a Professional Middleweight Strongwoman competitor, multi-time world champion, and holder of multiple world records in Strongwoman. Most notably, she was the winner of the first ever Arnold Professional Strongwoman Championship in 2017 and went on to win titles in as both Strongest Woman in the World and World's Strongest Woman in 2018. She currently holds the overall women's world records for the Atlas Stone Load and the Giant Dumbbell Press.
She is the founder and head Strength Coach at Unicorn Strength Training, which provides elite-level strength coaching to athletes of all levels in strongman, powerlifting, weightlifting, and highland games.
When not training herself or others to move the mountains, Liefia can be found hiking them and traveling the world in search of the best snacks.

Randy Costa
Randy Costa is a professional Mixed Martial Artist from Massachusetts’s competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) bantamweight division. Randy currently holds a 5-1 professional record with all 5 wins coming by knockout/tko. Randy is an avid fitness junkie as well; he enjoys CrossFit, running, swimming, and really any other kind of physical activity. Randy knows what it takes to compete at this highest level and that is why he relies on SFH.

Mark Pais
Mark Pais is a professional soccer goalkeeper for The Miami FC. He is in his 6th professional season and has a great passion and commitment to maximizing performance and recovery over a 10 month season. The demands of being a goalkeeper require him to minimize inflammation and promote recovery to keep his body in optimal physical shape day to day, which is why he chooses to supplement with SFH products. The NSF certifications give him peace of mind that the supplements he is taking are of the highest quality and are free of any banned substances.
From St. Louis, MO, Mark played for his hometown team for his first two professional seasons, after which he went on to win the MLS Cup in 2017 as a member of Toronto FC. Now with The Miami FC, he is training hard with the team and is seeking another championship.
Mark graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2014 with a BS in Exercise and Sports Science, after which he also obtained his CSCS credential through the NSCA.
