Our take on the classic Starbucks Coffee Cake!

Ingredients

2 cups of almond flour

2 scoops of Daily Boost

1/4 c truvia (sweetener of choice)

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 egg
-
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 tablespoons almond milk

1/3 cup coconut sugar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
Add in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix until combined.
Add 3/4 of batter into 8X8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle coconut sugar evenly over the batter in the baking dish.
Add remaining batter on top and top with more coconut sugar.
Bake for 40 minutes in an oven.
Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing and enjoy!
