These healthy and delicious Vegan Banana Muffins are packed with SFH Plant Protein making the perfect snack anytime the day!

                      Ingredients
- 
1 cup oat flour 
- 
                
1 1/2 scoops SFH Vanilla Plant Protein 
- 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
- 
1 tsp cinnamon 
- 
2 tbsp coconut sugar 
- 
3-4 tbsp non-dairy milk 
- 
3 medium bananas, mashed 
- 
1/4 cup rolled oats 
- 
2 tbsp coconut sugar 
- 
1 tbsp water 
Glaze
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
- Add dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. 
- Add 3 tbsp non-dairy milk and mashed bananas. Mix until a thick batter appears. 
- To make glaze, add rolled oats, coconut sugar, and water in a small bowl. Set aside. 
- Divide the batter into 8 muffin tins. Add glaze on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and test doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center of one of the muffins, it should come out clean. 
- Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Once ready, enjoy!
