All you need is your trusty SFH Fuel Coconut, milk, and pineapple juice. The best part? No blender, or drink umbrella necessary!

1 Scoop SFH FUEL Coconut

1/2 cup milk (your choice!)

1/2 cup pineapple juice
Directions
Add protein powder, milk, and juice to a shaker bottle. Twist cap and shake (maybe close your eyes and hope you get transported to a warm beach).
Pour over ice for an on the rocks version, or straight up from your shaker bottle. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
TIP: For extra coconut taste (and some naturally occurring electrolytes) use coconut water, or opt for a blended version and throw in some coconut flakes.
